As a team and creative lead, I was central to all communication between stakeholders in the paid media process, ensuring continuity of creative assets and fulfillment of business and marketing objectives. I established efficient delivery processes and coordinated with numerous internal teams as well as external media and ad-tech vendors to deliver tightly-coordinated marketing campaign schedules.
