Macy’s, New York —  Digital Paid Media  Senior Design Manager

June 2014 - February 2022

As a team and creative lead, I was central to all communication between stakeholders in the paid media process, ensuring continuity of creative assets and fulfillment of  business and marketing objectives. I established efficient delivery processes and coordinated with numerous internal teams as well as  external media and ad-tech vendors to deliver tightly-coordinated marketing campaign schedules. I was the primary knowledge-leader and a collaborative resource for all Macy’s paid media endeavors while also managing my team's schedule and workload for optimal team productivity and creative utilization.

  • Saved Macy’s $300,000/year in production costs by improving internal asset pipelines and eliminating costly vendor production fees.

  • Increased digital media team productivity by 30-40%  by establishing more efficient digital photography and asset workflows.

  • Consolidated and standardized dynamic content templates for various media types, saving up to $30,000 in annual vendor costs.
